  2. Structures and formation mechanism of fullerenes.
  3. Applications of fullerenes in biological and solar cell fields.
  4. Synthesis, isolation, and functionalization of carbon nanotubes and boron nitride nanotubes.
  5. Preparation of carbon nanotubes alignment and their nanocomposites with polymers.
  6. Mass spectrometry (such as desorption electrospray ionization mass spectrometry) for direct and rapid analysis of various compounds in solid surfaces free from redundant sampling procedure.
